You might be looking for ways to accommodate guests and charge them (like a paintball lesson) or not charge them (like a store visit). Similarly, you might want to limit the guests to one party per booking regardless of their guest count (like a restaurant table) or multiple bookings at once (like a museum visit). Either way, we have you covered!

Taking Private Bookings per timeslot

Rick runs a Photography Session - one event and one availability - but wants to accommodate multiple guests at the same time. Rick can't take multiple bookings **at once but he wants to add more guests with a charge.

  1. On your event in Easy Appointment Booking, set attendees to 1
  2. Go to Shopify Admin > Products > Select your product which you are using for the event
  3. Add an "Option" for the guests: 1, 2, 3, 4, etc. and set a price for each
  4. Now your event will show the variant options and the price
  5. One timeslot will appear to book, with the variant showing the number of guests
  6. When this timeslot is booked, one booking is created with the number of attendees and one order is created with the reflected price
