Easy Appointment Booking lets your customers book an appointment without requiring them to checkout via Shopify. This is for bookings that don’t have a cost (ie. a store visit) or where you want the customer to pay upon arrival in the real world.
Example
Your customer, Joe, books a site visit with you. You don’t want him to go through the Shopify checkout so you opt for the booking without Shopify checkout. This only asks the customer for their name, email, and phone number, and that’s it! Joe gets an email confirmation, an SMS reminder (if you have that set up) and the booking is saved in the app and calendar.
When Joe arrives in the real world, you can ask him for payment directly.
Click the Manage button on an existing event. There's a new section called Type of Booking.
Set it to Instant booking without checkout and press the Update Booking Type button to save your changes**.**
