Customers with access to Google Calendar Integration are able to automatically create Google Hangout / Meet links when a new appointment occurs. This can be enabled per-event.

To enable:

  1. Go to your Dashboard > Click Manage on the Event you want to edit.
  2. Scroll down to the Event Details section.
  3. Under Links, check the “Automatically create and share Google Hangout/Meet Links” checkbox.
  4. Click Save.

Once enabled:

  1. All Google Calendar events will now have a “Join with Google Meet” button.
  2. Your email notifications will automatically send the link to the Google Meet to your customers. This link will be available as the {{event_link}} variable in your Email templates.
  3. You can view the auto-generated Google Meet Link from the Booking Details Page.

The Google Meet Link will be visible for bookings that have it inside the app.
