Customers with access to Google Calendar Integration are able to automatically create Google Hangout / Meet links when a new appointment occurs. This can be enabled per-event.

To enable:

1. Go to your Dashboard > Click Manage on the Event you want to edit.
2. Scroll down to the Event Details section.
3. Under Links, check the “Automatically create and share Google Hangout/Meet Links” checkbox.
4. Click Save.

Click this checkbox to automatically create and share Google Hangout/Meet Links.

Once enabled:

1. All Google Calendar events will now have a “Join with Google Meet” button.
2. Your email notifications will automatically send the link to the Google Meet to your customers. This link will be available as the {{event_link}} variable in your Email templates.
3. You can view the auto-generated Google Meet Link from the Booking Details Page.

The Google Meet Link will be visible for bookings that have it inside the app.

Customers and team members assigned to the booking will be able to see the “Join with Google Meet” button on their Google Calendar.
