In Easy Appointment Booking, you create “events” and take bookings for them. An Event can be:

Each Event has to be linked to a Shopify product (or variants of your products). Once you take bookings, each booking will be tied to a Shopify order.

The app turns your product into a bookable event. We turn your “Add to Cart” button into a “Select a Time” button where the customer selects a date & time before they add to cart.

<aside> 💡 You can take bookings on any page in your Shopify Store, but each event must be tied to a Shopify Product.

1. Create your first event or service.

  1. Make sure you have a product for the event/service you have in mind. In the example below, our product is called “Yoga Class”.
  2. Click “Create event or service” on the dashboard, select the product (Yoga Class), and set up the basic event details. We have pre-filled some options for you for the event duration and availability. You can edit this later if you wish.

2. Enable the Easy Appointment Booking App Embed Widget

The app will prompt you to enable the Easy Appointment Booking app embed widget for your theme.

<aside> ⚠️ This is mandatory. If you do not do this, Easy Appointment Booking will not work on your Shopify store.
