Easy Appointment Booking can let you create services that are only available at a specific date and time.
Example:
- “I want to take bookings for a 2-hour event that only happens on April 15th at 3pm”.
Here’s how you can configure your event to handle these scenarios:
Steps
There are 2 easy steps to do this:
- Editing your availability
- Changing your event’s start date.
Edit your availability
- From the dashboard, click on the Availability tab. This tab lets you edit the schedule of your team members, and you can assign specific team members to specific Events.
- Create a new Team Member, or click on the Team Member whose schedule you wish to edit.
- In the form that comes up, delete any text in the Weekly Schedule, so every day of the week says Unavailable. (See screenshot below)
- In the Add Date Override section, create a new Override. Double-click
April 15 2025
as the date (since it’s for one day), click on the ‘+’ icon, and select15:00
as the start time from the drop-down. Then, select 17:00
as the end time from the drop-down. By doing this, you’re telling the app “Make me available on April 15th from 3pm - 5pm”.
- Click on “Add Override”. Then click “Save”.
