Steps

There are 2 easy steps to do this:

  1. Editing your availability
  2. Changing your event’s start date.

Edit your availability

  1. From the dashboard, click on the Availability tab. This tab lets you edit the schedule of your team members, and you can assign specific team members to specific Events.
  2. Create a new Team Member, or click on the Team Member whose schedule you wish to edit.
  3. In the form that comes up, delete any text in the Weekly Schedule, so every day of the week says Unavailable. (See screenshot below)

  1. In the Add Date Override section, create a new Override. Choose April 15 2021 as the date, and enter 15:00-17:00 as the time. By doing this, you’re telling the app “Make me available on April 15th from 3pm - 5pm”.
