When creating an event, you can specify:

• Description: This appears in the top of the customer calendar
• Notes: You can write notes relevant to your event. This appears in the confirmation and reminder emails
• Location or Link: Use this to provide your customer with a Zoom meeting link OR where to meet you. This appears in the confirmation and reminder emails

Setting up your emails

The content in the notes or links will be part of the email notification to customers who have made a booking. This is made possible by the following:

{{event_notes}} which populates other notes for your event

{{event_location}} which populates the zoom link for the event

{{event_link}} which populates the zoom link for the event

{{phone_number}} which populates the customer’s phone number

{{booking_id}} which populates the booking ID, making life easy for you and your team to reference that customer

If you add a location, the confirmation email will send the invite with the location added. If you have Google Calendar integrated, these bookings with location appear directly in your calendar!
