Enabling Customer Rescheduling and Cancellations

On the event management page, go to the “Customer Rescheduling” section. You can check a box to enable customer rescheduling & cancellations for each event.

What if I want to allow rescheduling and cancellations within a certain time period?

Once you enable customer rescheduling and cancellations, you will be presented with the option to set cut-off times. This lets you prevent customers from cancelling or rescheduling too close to their timeslot.

<aside> 💡 If you are a new customer (after Jan 2023) you will probably not need to edit your Email settings as they will automatically support Customer rescheduling and cancellations.

  1. Double check that your emails have the following snippet. If not, copy and paste this snippet at the end of your email:

Head to Settings, scroll to your Emails, and add the snippet above at the bottom of your confirmation email. Click Save. If you wish, you can add this to your automatic reminder emails too.
