A few common and quick fixes below!

  1. Your event notifications are not turned on

    1. Solution: Click on your event and ensure notifications are turned on using the checkboxes
    2. Regardless of your plan, you must enable notifications so that these are sent to your customers!

    <aside> đź’ˇ Note: The free plan includes confirmation emails only. Paid plans enable automatic reminder and thank you emails. SMS plans enable confirmation, reminder, and thank you notifications.

  2. Test emails to my own account

    1. Example: I test a booking with an email that should go to my account, but it’s not in my account
    2. Solution: use a different email as a test email. Our email service provider can block an email from sending if the sender equals the receiver. We encourage you to use a different email when testing.

  3. My customer said they didn’t get a booking email

    1. Solution: Search your email inbox for that customer’s email first - did it appear for you? If not, are you capturing emails on checkout only? Please see the following to ensure you capture emails only. Set email only (and SMS) on checkout Alternatively, please [let us know](mailto:[email protected]?Subject=Email) and we can investigate!
