How to Verify & Test Emails

A) In the Settings > General > Email Notifications section, you can edit and see your event template.

B) Go to Dashboard > Add a Booking can send you an email to see exactly how your email would look for a sample event

Email Types

On our Free Plan - one confirmation email per booking ******On our Standard Plan - 3 emails per booking, as follows

  1. Confirmation Email - right away

This contains the key details for the customer

  1. Reminder Email - 24h before the event/appointment

  1. Thank you / Follow Up Email - 24h after the event/appointment

You can manage the event email style and content in the Settings > Email Notifications. By default, the contents of each email are populated dynamically with each event details, notes, and links from the event edit page. See example below
